**Walkers can sign up for lunch from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM for an additional fee.
For the teams that take on the challenge of cycling all four Stofwisseltour stages, the daily schedule is set up in such a way that 2 stages can be cycled in the morning and in the afternoon at an average speed of 22 kilometers per hour and a break between the stages from 15 - 30 minutes.
It is possible for cyclists to change their starting time within the starting times of the cyclists. For example, it is possible to cycle route 1 and 3 or 2 and 4 instead of 3 and 4. It is not possible for walkers to change starting times. The starting times are planned in such a way that everyone finishes at approximately the same time and is present when the provisional sponsor amount is announced.
